Celebrate the release of the new Keeping it Local booklet with us on Thursday, 12 September at The Old Lyric in Bunbury from 6pm.
This booklet aims to inspire and guide gardeners in preserving local biodiversity by planting local native species.
It was developed in collaboration with the Cities of Bunbury and Busselton and the Shires of Capel, Collie, Dardanup and Harvey.
To celebrate this launch, the Leschenault Catchment Council is hosting a special presentation by renowned botanist, Professor Kingsley Dixon.
The event will also feature a display of wildflower photography by local artist Arthur Taylor, generously donated by his family to the Leschenault Catchment Council.
Light refreshments will be provided, and attendees will receive a copy of the new Keeping it Local Booklet.
The Old Lyric is located on the second floor of the original Lyric Theatre building at 73 Victoria Street.
