A Justice of the Peace (JP) is available to witness documents such as Affidavits, Statutory Declarations, Enduring Powers of Attorney/Guardianship and certifying documents and wills at:
- Australind Administration Centre on Fridays between 12noon and 1pm.
No appointment is necessary to consult with the Justice of the Peace service.
Please bring your own pen and photo ID.
Please provide your own copies, as well as the original document. There is a copier at the Australind Library which will copy colour and black and white, A4 and A3.
