A Justice of the Peace (JP) is available to witness documents such as Affidavits, Statutory Declarations, and certifying documents and wills at:
- Australind Administration Centre on Fridays between 12noon and 1pm.
No appointment is necessary to use the Justice of the Peace service for most documents.
Please remember to bring:
- Photo ID
- your own pen
- the original document AND your own copies of the document.
There is a copier at the Australind Library which will copy colour and black and white, A4 and A3.

Important: If your document is complex (such as an Enduring Power of Attorney or Guardianship form), you will need to book an appointment.
