The Shire of Harvey follows an overarching place-based approach to community building and is working towards developing Place Plans for each locality. These plans will foster connections and empower community champions with an approach that is unique to each locality.
Place Plan’s propose a framework for each locality, offering opportunities for actions, the community and stakeholders.
Through consultation with the community, each Place Plan will define a community-led vision and build a road map to achieving that vision through a list of actions and placemaking tools.
