RV Friendly Trial Starts in March

The Shire of Harvey Council approved the implementation of the 12-month RV Friendly Trial offering 48-hour free short-stay rest areas to fully self-contained RV and caravan travellers and endorsed the following sites for the trial: 

• Christina Street Reserve in Australind - two bays.
• Brunswick Junction Showgrounds site, on non-reticulated area - three bays.
• Snells Park in Harvey - two bays.
• Yarloop Recreation Grounds on Teesdale Street in Yarloop - three bays.

RV use and camping in areas other than the four sites listed above is prohibited. 

The trial will commence on 31 March 2023.

Online bookings will be required via the Harvey Region website from 31 March 2023.
