The Shire of Harvey will hold the next Annual General Meeting of Electors in the Harvey Council Chambers on Tuesday, 28 February 2023.

In accordance with Section 5.27 of the Local Government Act 1995 a general meeting of the electors of a district is to be held once every financial year.

The public is hereby notified that the Shire of Harvey will hold the next Annual General Meeting
of Electors in the Harvey Council Chambers, Young Street, Harvey on Tuesday, 28 February 2023 commencing at 2.30pm.

The Shire, in accordance with section 5.55 of the Act, also gives notice of the availability of the Annual Report 2021-2022.

The report is available to view as hard copy at the Shire’s Libraries and at the Australind and Harvey Administration Centres or by application to shire@harvey.wa.gov.au.

Please note, complex questions requiring research should be submitted at least seven days prior to the meeting to allow sufficient time to prepare a response.

However, you can submit your completed form to a Shire Officer at the meeting and ask your question
at the meeting.

The Agenda for the Annual General Meeting will be made available on the Shire of Harvey Website at least five days prior to the meeting.
