Permits to burn are required for the restricted burning period and must be obtained from the Bush Fire Control Officer.

Shire Services Close Early

Shire services will close early on Wednesday, 20 September 2023.

Due to staff training, the following Shire services will close early on Wednesday, 20 September 2023:

Administration Centres in Australind and Harvey from 12.30pm.
Libraries in Australind and Harvey from 1pm
Harvey Recreation and Cultural Centre from 1pm (Harvey Community Play & Learning Centre, After School Care and 24hour Gym will remain open)
Leschenault Leisure Centre will remain open but will operate with reduced services

Please use online payments and licensing services during the closure.

All services will resume as normal Thursday, 21 September 2023.
