The Shire of Harvey is seeking public feedback on a proposal to install new Enclosed Dog Exercise Areas in Australind and Harvey.  

Shire of Harvey Council endorsed the public consultation period at the Ordinary Council Meeting held on Tuesday, 27 June. 

Please see possible locations below: 

Possible Enclosed Dog Park Locations – Australind/Leschenault

  • Part of Reserve 39950, Lot 5648 Cathedral Avenue – eastern portion of Fees Field.
  • Part of Reserve 44403, Lot 501 Marine Parade (Settlers Hall)
  • Park land at the corner of Braidwood Drive and Waterford Way.

  • Hinge Road
  • Wright Street
  • Lee Street
  • Anne Gerschow Reserve

The community can submit feedback through the Enclosed Dog Park Consultation Form available on the Have Your Say website. 

The following feedback avenues are accepted:

  • Via post – Provide your comments and post it to the Shire’s Chief Executive Officer, PO Box 500, Harvey WA 6220; or
     
  • Via email - Addressed to Director Infrastructure Services at shire@harvey.wa.gov.au with reference to the ‘Proposed Dog Park.'
