The Promenade Extension will be officially opened on Friday, 3 February
The Promenade Extension in Australind will officially be opened on Friday, 3 February. The Promenade is the missing link between Paris Road and Ditchingham Place and is approximately 750 metres. This vital infrastructure link will provide businesses in the Treendale Light Industrial Area with safe and efficient access to the Bunbury Outer Ring Road (BORR), once completed, including Forrest Highway. It will also relieve traffic congestion for local businesses and residents. Shire of Harvey President Cr Paul Gillett will officially open The Promenade at a ceremony on Friday, 3 February at 10am. The event will be held on the corner of Ditchingham Place and The Promenade.
