Permits to burn are required for the restricted burning period and must be obtained from the Bush Fire Control Officer.

The Uduc Volunteer Bush Fire Brigade were delighted to receive the new appliances.
The Uduc Volunteer Bush Fire Brigade is better equipped to manage the upcoming bushfire season after receiving two new light tankers.
The two new light tankers will replace the existing appliances that are currently 14 years old.
Uduc Volunteer Bush Fire Brigade captain, Gerry Morgan said the Brigade is very happy to receive the new light tankers.
“The new light tankers have more storage space, they are better designed ergonomically within the cabs and now include an external water deluge system as an added safety feature to protect our volunteers,” Mr Morgan said.
